Dr Bittman and his renowned research team made history in the field of medical science by being the first to offer irrefutable, hard-core scientific data showing that a specific group drumming approach significantly increased the disease fighting activity of circulating white blood cells (Natural Killer cells) that seek out and destroy cancer cells and virally-infected cells. Dr. Bittman has been an inspiration to Living Rhythms in training us to deliver the HealthRhythms programs, and in working as a co-collaborator on a grant we've written in conjunction with the Wake Forest Medical School to further study the health effects of drumming.
